IEEE Potentials is the IEEE’s global magazine for students, with a circulation of 140,000.Today’s economy is made up of disruptive innovations, in opposition to the traditionalway of working. Three major evolutions or disruptions generated by digital transformationthat intrinsically impact an organization.

    (i) The modification of the customer experience at the heart of the process: The customer experience is called ATAWAD (Any Time, Any Where, Any Device). The tools also allow customers to interact and consume differently.
(ii) Big Data and data management: towards an information revolution. The data-platform interoperability and Everything as a Service (XaaS) are the trends in the post-COVID era.
(iii) Optimizing internal processes by transforming ways of thinking and working.

Hence, it is very important for organizations to know how to adapt and exploit these changes in work to ensure the fluidity of the internal process. The different employees are constantly connected and have a much higher speed of action. “The company of tomorrow is a platform of collective intelligence”–Joël de Rosnay.
