Many student branches have hosted SPAx events. Here are descriptions of some events that the organizers have shared with us. Be sure to share your event reports with us, so we can include your event here as well.

INNOVATEX was organised by IEEE kerala section at IEEE SB JECC with support from IEEE SPAx / IEEE IAS / ieeeiaiepelskerala /Ieee jt chapter.
The schedule for the events on May 9th and 10th is packed with interesting and engaging activities. Participants will have an opportunity to learn, network, and interact with experts in various fields. The events include project evaluation, sessions on mobility and IEEE, an EV workshop, cultural events, and a valedictory function.

IEEE Student Professional Awareness Conference (IEEE SPAC 2023) is 2-day event was conducted by IEEE UCET student Branch. The session “IEEE SPAC” commenced at 11:00 AM and was two hour and 30 minutes long on each day. This conference consists of total four sessions in 2 days.

This edition of "Meet The Scientist" was a virtual talk show because of several reasons. As the student branch is newly established, not many students within the campus are aware of the kinds of events our community aims to bring. With that in mind, we conducted a program virtually, and invited very specific students groups whose field of interest would match the topic of discussion. In overall, around 70 students joined the virtual meet.

IEEE SB NCU organized its flagship event Synergy 2.0 on 21st April 2023, in the university auditorium. Through this, our future engineers connected with industry leaders and participated in insightful panel discussions, interactive sessions.

Circuit Design and Analysis Workshop Series covered the building and programming of a remote-controlled rover. The project used affordable and powerful ESP32 in Arduino IDE, driving DC motors, powering a project from batteries, using libraries, reading analog inputs, etc. Student gained hands-on experience with topics that get covered in theory, but classes can't spend the time on to apply. Experience with programming and electronics will help students get off the ground faster, but the workshop offered a no-pressure learning environment, so the attendees had a mutual interest in using Arduino or Arduino-compatible boards.

IEEE Student Branch of SAGE University Indore organized IEEE Education Week under SPAx Events from 02 to 08 April 2023.
On Day 1 i.e. on 04 April 2023 Dr. Akhilesh Sharma, HOD, Data Science Manipal University, Jaipur shared his view on Data Science, on Day 2 on 05 April 2023 Ms. Ashwini Gadwal given lecture on Learn JAVA language, on Day 3 lecture on Quantum computing delivered by Mr. Jayesh Parashar, Delivery Manager and Senior Architecture DXC, on Day 4 lecture on Introduction to Machine Learning was delivered by Mrs. Ankita Thakur and on Day 5 i.e. on 08 April 2023 Dr. Sanjay Dubey, delivered expert talk on Data analytics.

Symposium on Career Development Opportunities and Industrial Exposures 3.0 is a highly anticipated event that brings together professionals, students, and industry experts from various fields. This symposium is focused on providing a platform for attendees to explore and learn about career opportunities in various industries, gain insights into the latest trends, and network with peers and professionals.

Catering to students from across Northern India, Invictus’23 transcended the horizon of all expectations in a 3-day event with an array of Panel Discussions, Plenary Talks, Games, 50+ Events, Award Ceremonies, and much more intended to help participants develop and improve interpersonal, group, team and leadership skills.

SYPLC 2023 was an engaging event with a breath-taking lineup of speakers and an enthusiastic audience, which resulted in insightful conversations.
Salam Lababidi attested that “One of the key takeaways from the event was the importance of personal branding in today's fast-paced, digital world."

USU IEEE Student Professional Awareness Conference, SPAC is an event designed to provide technical experience and advice to students not typically available in their coursework. The event is primarily planned for ECE and Engineering students, but all are welcome!

IEEE Muroran IT SPAx Event was held as a hybrid to bridge between industry and academic and also facilitated ideas exchanges between students and engineers. The event consisted of three different sessions. First, two experienced industry professionals and second, three students from Muroran SB presented their research topics and third, three academics introduced their research works.

The focus of IEEE Student Professional Awareness Venture (SPAVe 6.0) was a series of professional and career-focused sessions centered on professional development. This event benefited in their professional development, personal and leadership qualities, professional ethics, and communication.

Career Development Workshop helped students to know the nitty-gritty of Resume Writing, Interview Skills and LinkedIn Profile Tips to better the professional attitude of an Engineer.
The Resume Skills included a discussion on the following core concepts:
1. Formatting and Brainstorming
2. Skills and Expertise
3. Action Verbs and,
4. Integrity

The placement process can often be challenging, and an impressive resume is crucial in making a positive first impression on potential employers. Our event was aimed at helping students understand this process and build the essential skills required to crack their dream companies.

SPAC 2022 aimed and offered to bridge the gap between academic and professional careers in industry and professional fields through integrity and ethics. And SPAC 2022 being a success, the participants get to engage and enhance in communication, and aspects of leadership in their career run along with volunteering from the distinguished speakers.

The first session of the SPAA Track was an interactive presentation by Mr. Hari Prasad, Co-Founder and CEO of Zellab Dynamics, on Project to Product: How to Transition from an AI Project to a Large-Scale Product. The event offered participants a comprehensive understanding of how to turn their project concept into a fantastic product, which was inspirational and motivating.
The students enjoyed the session and found that his counsel & knowledge was helpful.

The IEEE Kochi Hub in association with the IEEE SB SJCET organized its annual flagship event, Kochi Hub Meet (KHM) ‘22 on the 10th and 11th of December 2022 at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology, Palai. KHM ’22 was a two-day program that offered a plethora of opportunities where student members and professionals from all across the Subsection joined together to explore, learn and grow.

Sessions based on how to efficiently maneuver modern
technology to one’s professional benefit and how to follow one’s passion regardless of the setbacks also instilled a sense of determination within the attendees.

Womansera 22, the 2-day event intends to educate participants on education, empowerment, and technological trends and valuable improvements in the rapidly growing engineering sector around the world.
The online art competition - Pixel Power is conducted on the theme “Say no to Child labor and Child Marriage”. This art contest has motivated the participants to enhance their creative thinking skills.

Event in which the IEEE branches of Bogotá and its surroundings met, where technology, robotics and softskills were taken to another level. This through activities that added ERC20 type "SabanaTockens", which were accumulated for each attendee in a virtual wallet, the transfer was made through our website and the MetaMask app through the conflux network.

In a Black Box competition, participants receive a mystery circuit from the competition organizers. They are given some time (in this case a maximum of three hours) to apply external voltages to and monitor circuit behavior from its exposed terminals.

This activity will help the children to grasp the concept of balancing individually and in groups. They will be engaged with the provided materials to explore different ways to balance them. We will be teaching the children to look at the minute as well as the large scale.

KAGADA is our Annual National Level Technical Student Conference which has three tracks: Paper and Poster Presentation along with Project Exhibition.

Conducted many webinars in September 2020 as a part of SPAAM (Student Professional Awareness Activities Month).

A virtual SPAx event, “INSPPIRO” was held on a virtual platform by IEEE ADIT SB. It reached an audience of 750+ participants across the globe.

TheFrom 15th to 20th October 2020 AISSMS Institute of Information Technology, Pune Student Branch held a virtual SPAx.

The 3-day event, held at auditorium Faculty of Engineering IUB, included four seminars.

On 4 September 2020, they held the webinar, “Should You Go For an Advanced Degree” delivered by Mr. Abhijith Asok.

The panelists were three professionals who have all earned their MBAs from different schools in the USA.

The event was A 3 Day Virtual Quality Improvement Program for Engineering and Technology Fraternity. It included webinars on technical topics by experts, followed by lively Q&A sessions.

The event began on a bright note with the welcoming of guests and lighting of the lamp.
