Ethics Personal ethics or the ethics of an organization are defined as the fundamental rules by which an individual or an organization operates. This presentation focuses on personal and corporate value systems and the long-term effect that decisions have. A Professional Adventure: Your Job Search Six phases of securing employment upon graduation are explored: preparation, search, contact, interview, selection, and growth.
